
Kamila Pawłowska
Psychologist, trainer, and lecturer with many years of experience in the field of psychosocial risks in the workplace. Since 2013, she has been designing and delivering training programs covering, among others, the prevention of workplace bullying (mobbing), discrimination, and harassment, as well as stress management and burnout prevention.
Since 2009, she has been associated with the National Labour Inspectorate – initially at the Chief Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw, and since 2013 at the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Kielce. She currently holds the position of Senior Labour Inspector, conducting inspections related to workplace bullying and handling complaints submitted by employees and trade unions.
She delivers training sessions for social partners, employers, health and safety inspectors, public officials, and employees. She also provides advisory support to both employees and employers experiencing workplace conflicts and behaviors that may constitute bullying or discrimination.
She specializes in developing and implementing internal anti-bullying procedures and participates in the work of anti-bullying committees.
She is a co-author of the publication “Presentation of Good Practices in the Prevention of Psychosocial Risks”, published by the Chief Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw. She is also a lecturer at the Training Centre of the National Labour Inspectorate named after Prof. J. Rosner in Wrocław.
