Małgorzata Pyka

A court expert witness providing opinions in civil, criminal, and family cases. She works on a permanent basis with Police units and the Municipal Guard. A long-standing practitioner specializing in diagnostic, consultative, and training work.

Member of the Management Board of the Nationwide Trade Union of Psychologists and Chair of its Lower Silesian branch. Vice-Chair of the OPZZ Equality Team. A trade union activist, honored in February 2025 with the “For Merit to OPZZ” distinction.

She has been involved in efforts to regulate the profession of psychologist since the very beginning of the parliamentary team’s work, continuing through governmental proceedings. She participated in meetings of parliamentary teams and committees, as well as plenary sessions of the Sejm.

She organized and took part in meetings between parliamentary, local government, and social representatives that helped build unity and consensus around the legislative process concerning the Act.

In May 2026, she was awarded the “Primus in Agendo” distinction by Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk for her exceptional commitment to activities aimed at regulating the profession of psychologist in Poland.
