Description:
How can universities effectively support the mental health of undergraduate and doctoral students? A report prepared by a team from SWPS University commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education synthesizes knowledge on interventions whose effectiveness was evaluated in empirical studies conducted between 2020 and 2025. The authors analyze actions aimed at both reducing psychological problems and enhancing academic wellbeing.
The report demonstrates that effective support is not about choosing a single, one-size-fits-all intervention, but rather about building a stepped-care system of assistance.
